Purchases & Refunds

We currently use "Eventbrite.com" as the platform to organize most of our events, along with their built in online payment solution. The link for the Eventbrite page will be posted on the event section of the website and you can continue your registration there.
Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event in order to be refunded 100%, otherwise late fees will be deducted from the refund of about 30%. The money would be refunded directly towards the card that was used during the purchase.
Lost or did not receive your certificate ? Dont worry ! we got you covered, simply contact us on "customersupport@newstart180.com" with the title of "Lost Certificate", and we will organize for a hard copy to be mailed to your address.

Making Courses

We are glad that you have have an interest in our organization !. Please contact us through "customersupport@newstart180.com" with the title "Joining as an instructor" attach your CV, explain your interest and we will take it from there.
